Employee Communications Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled communications professional to take on a challenging role in our Customer & Stakeholder Engagement team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deliver and implement employee communication and engagement strategies to promote the brand, protect reputation, manage issues and deliver successful programs.
  • Research and implement best practice approaches and methods to communication and engagement that takes into account new technologies, employee sentiment, attitudes and preferences.
  • Plan and prepare content for employee communications channels, prioritising content that is aligned to strategic objectives and principles of employee engagement.
  • Evaluate and report on employee communication deliverables and channels with a view to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in communications, business, journalism/marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a communications role in a complex environment.
  • Sound written communication skills, including experience writing for a variety of channels and audiences.
  • Able to critically analyse data and information and distil complex material for diverse audiences.
