Senior Leader: Mental Health Transformation

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for leading a dynamic and impact-focused organization. This involves developing and implementing the annual operational plan, delivering on the objectives set out in the 2021-25 Strategic Plan, and working with the Board in relation to longer-term strategic planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing a strong, values-led culture.
- Leading a team of motivated and experienced staff.
- Stewarding the organization's financial, intellectual, and other assets.
- Engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including governments, corporates, universities, and international partner organizations.
In this capacity, the CEO will provide inspiring leadership focused on growing the reach of mental health first aid within the Australian community and beyond.
About YouYou present as a successful purpose-driven Chief Executive leader with a record of exceptional achievement in business growth, ideally in a not-for-profit sector context. This includes a proven ability to work with researchers and other professionals focused on delivering high-quality and evidence-based outcomes.
An outstanding leader, you have experience in driving sustainable transformation with a sharp focus on culture and processes while effectively managing day-to-day operations, including strategy implementation, corporate governance, and financial and risk management.
A cultivator of strong relationships with government, corporates, funding bodies, media, and other stakeholders, you draw on your collaborative style, sophisticated interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
