Lead a Team of Property Managers

  • Drive business growth and increase portfolio sizes by mentoring, growing, and inspiring a high-performing team culture across multiple locations.
  • Ensure compliance, process improvement, and consistent delivery of high standards in residential, commercial, and business development portfolios.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to recruit, train, and retain top talent across the Property Management department.
  • Mentor and coach property managers to achieve their full potential, driving career growth and business success.
  • Produce regular performance reports for the leadership team to inform strategic decisions.
  • Travel to regional offices to support team members and drive business growth.
