Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Possess a high level of expertise in radiation therapy treatment and planning clinical practice and regularly apply clinical knowledge and skills to complex, critical decision making with limited professional supervision in treatment, planning and quality assurance work units
Regularly utilise high level communication skills acting as a patient advocate, proactively seeking feedback to provide a service that continually meets patient needs across the continuum of care, through liaison with other professional groups
Support the Specialist Radiation Therapist in providing clinical leadership to radiation therapists enabling high quality radiation therapy planning and treatment to radiation oncology patients.
