Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Order Coordinator to join our team.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of customer orders, including order entry, product allocation, and expediting
  • Maintain accuracy of purchase order ship dates, quantities, and pricing
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales managers, and other stakeholders regarding equipment/parts availability, product support, pricing, shipping, and purchase orders
  • Resolve customer order issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process returns according to financial requirements and ensure compliance with reporting regulations
Requirements
  • High school/GED preferred, with some business or clerical background required
  • 1-3 years prior order management/customer service experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning software
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision
