Job Title: Care Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support clients with their daily living needs and promote their independence.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and patient professional to work as part of our team, supporting clients in various aspects of their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with household chores and grocery shopping.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and provide medication support.
  • Engage clients in social inclusion activities, such as community access and group outings.
  • Support clients with personal care and development of independent living skills.
Requirements:
  • A valid Blue Card for Working with Children or eligibility to apply.
  • NDIS Worker Screening or eligibility to apply.
  • A driver's license and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Completion of NDIS E-Learning modules.
  • Possession of a smartphone with internet access.
