About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers.

As a Care and Support Professional, you will actively support the individual needs of aged people who live at home, either independently or with family. Your daily tasks may include delivering personal care, household domestic assistance, meal preparation, accompanying customers on shopping trips and appointments, and providing general companionship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to customers in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, bathing, and dressing
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for customers
  • Accompany customers on outings and activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement
