Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to oversee store operations in Toowoomba.

The successful candidate will manage a team of 7-10 individuals, adhering to company standards in merchandising, customer service, key performance indicators (KPIs) and people management.

You will be responsible for delivering consistent, accurate, high-quality service to our customers and driving sales by providing exceptional face-to-face and telephone customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous retail management experience essential
