Job Description">

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will work closely with production and engineering to minimize downtime, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold safety and quality standards. Your focus will be on proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to support plant performance.

  • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plant equipment
  • Install and upgrade mechanical systems and equipment
  • Keep accurate maintenance records in line with quality standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in safety training and promote a safe work environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Recognized trade qualification (Fitter or Machinist)
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and bench fitting (grinding, polishing, milling, lathe work)
  • Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
