We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our senior leadership team. This role will play a pivotal part in keeping our teams organized, efficient, and empowered to achieve their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, email correspondence, and document preparation.
- Manage complex schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and senior executives.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Design Suite, and other relevant software applications.
