This role involves managing contracts for major projects. You will:

  • Manage Complex Contracts
  • Interface with external entities and negotiate dispute resolutions
  • Draft correspondence and build claims in collaboration with project and commercial managers
  • Prepare contract summaries and provide cross-functional support to ensure obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and opportunities are realised

To be successful in this role, you must bring:

  • 4+ years post-graduate experience
  • A background in private legal practice or in-house legal roles
  • Expertise in contract management and dispute resolution in infrastructure/construction sectors
  • A strong understanding of contract law and ability to assess and mitigate contractual risks
  • Proficiency in drafting contractual notices, claims, and responses
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
