Troocoo Sunnybank Hills, Queensland, Australia

Troocoo is partnering with a trusted organisation to recruit multiple experienced Procurement Sourcing Specialists for an initial six month contracts, with strong potential for extension or permanency.

These roles will see you play a key part in developing and executing sourcing strategies across a variety of categories, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end sourcing activity across a variety of categories and projects-based procurement.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive supplier performance improvements.
  • Support negotiation and contracting processes alongside legal and commercial stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and meet procurement needs.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and procurement frameworks.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in a Sourcing Specialist or similar procurement/purchasing role.
  • An understanding of Goods and Services and ICT products, services, and market trends is desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
