Job Title: Client Solutions Lead

The Client Solutions Lead plays a pivotal role in driving growth within the organisation by managing ambiguity, thinking creatively and tactically, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

This position is instrumental in developing, leading, and mentoring a high-performing team to provide proactive customer engagement and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and enhancing processes to maximise sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Leading the team to formalise, document, and streamline all client support and solutions processes.
  • Facilitating growth by identifying and maximising upselling and switch selling opportunities, marketing campaigns, Existing Product Development (EPD), and New Product Development (NPD).
  • Partnering with the Sales Team to grow the business together, including onboarding for new clients.
  • Leading the creation, control, and validation of all client pricing agreements.
  • Driving service excellence while enhancing the client experience.
  • Supporting the Commercial team with the annual price list process and communication to clients and internally with the Shared Service Centre.
  • Continuously driving to identify opportunities to support our internal Shared Service Centre (SSC) providing cross-functional leadership in the processes impacting our clients.
  • Key business partner to Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
  • Leading and participating in a variety of projects.
  • Establishing ways of working to generate insights.
  • Championing the maintenance of pricing hierarchies and client master data.
