About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our deli team. As a Deli Team Member, you'll be responsible for slicing, preparing, and serving meat, seafood, and cheese products, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll also need to be comfortable working in a team and be able to adapt to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Prepare and serve meat, seafood, and cheese products to the highest standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines
  • Work effectively in a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
