Main Responsibilities:- Lead and develop staff in asset management, combining technical expertise with customer-centric focus.
- Oversight of asset systems, capital works planning, drainage infrastructure, administrative support, and occupational health and safety compliance.
- Review policies and practices to ensure operational efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Engage with the community and partners through data-driven insights, records management, policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Demonstrated senior experience in strategic or operational asset management issues.
- Strong asset systems and civil asset design expertise.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, asset management, infrastructure development, or a related field.
