Sanctuary Recruitment is seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Aged Care Manager to oversee a medium-sized, fully compliant care home in the Burleigh Heads area. This esteemed organization boasts a high team retention rate and provides opportunities for internal growth and development.
This leadership role requires someone with extensive experience as an RN in aged care management, possessing exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to lead and develop teams. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of AN ACC standards and accreditation protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a medium-sized care home ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business success.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- At least 3 years of experience as an RN in aged care management.
- Exemplary communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Extensive knowledge of AN ACC standards and accreditation protocols.
- Ability to lead and develop a team.
- Solid financial management skills with a track record of delivering strategic outcomes.
