Your Opportunity:

As a Dietitian with Plena Healthcare, you will provide high-quality mobile dietetic services to adults living in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering person-centred dietetic care to all clients
  • Improving nutrition and hydration systems in residential aged care homes
  • Conducting educational sessions to promote healthy eating habits
  • Completing menu and mealtime assessments to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders and Plena colleagues to deliver high-quality dietetic care
  • Staying up-to-date with contemporary best practice and continuous improvement
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Contributing to a positive team culture by embodying Plena's values and engaging with colleagues

You will have access to extensive resources, internal clinical support, and opportunities for professional development and growth. This is a casual role (2 days a week) in Tamworth Residential Aged Care facilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics
  • Current registration with the Dietitians Association of Australia
  • A willingness to travel and work in a mobile capacity
  • NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
  • Australian working rights
  • Proof of Covid-19 and current Flu Vaccination
