Dietitian - Tamworth

This is a casual dietetics role that requires a high level of expertise in nutrition and dietetics. As a dietitian in our team, you will work closely with our clients and stakeholders to provide high-quality mobile dietetics services to adults living in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community.

1. Provide person-centred dietetics care to all clients
2. Improve nutrition and hydration systems in residential aged care homes
3. Deliver educational sessions on nutrition and healthy eating
4. Conduct menu and mealtime assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
5. Work closely with external stakeholders and Plena Healthcare colleagues to deliver high-quality dietetic care
6. A commitment to continuous improvement and contemporary best practice in dietetics
7. Accurately and timely complete clinical documentation

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics
2. Current DA registration
3. A willingness to travel to various locations
4. Obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
5. Australian working rights
6. Proof of Covid-19 and current Flu Vaccination
