Portfolio Leasing Specialist

The Lease Manager will assist in delivering leasing projects and providing office accommodation for a department.
- Contribute to the leasing team's planning and delivery of leased assets within a property portfolio.
- Provide lease management advice to multi-disciplinary teams involved in commercial leasing for office property portfolios.
- Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and systems for best practice leased office accommodation procurement and ongoing management.
- Negotiate and represent at intra and inter-departmental meetings and external forums.
You will have experience in interpreting, negotiating, and managing leases in a commercial office and non-office accommodation portfolio.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with a track record of building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with information technology systems used to calculate and categorise commercial space critical in lease management.
- Ability to manage conflict and negotiate outcomes without compromising relationships.
