We are seeking a seasoned Asset Manager to support the Leasing Team of our State Government client.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver and manage leased assets across the portfolio
- Provide expert advice on commercial asset management
- Support high-profile leasing projects
- Update asset, tenancy, and financial management systems
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Contribute to policy and guideline development
- Research market trends to inform strategic planning
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, landlords, and tenants
- Prepare executive correspondence and briefing notes
- Demonstrated experience in commercial asset management, preferably in a government or corporate setting
