About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Melbourne.

This role provides an ideal blend of leadership focus and holistic quality of care with clients. As a senior rehabilitation consultant, you will play a key role in shaping lives and helping clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

  • Conduct thorough assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment evaluations
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers
  • Collaborate with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce

Required qualifications include an Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy.

Your responsibilities include exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service, a keen sense of punctuality and effective time management.
