Job Title: Strategic Industrial Relations Consultant
Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide expert advice on industrial relations matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, industrial relations, law, or a related discipline.

  • Provide strategic guidance on employment legislation, including award and enterprise agreement interpretation, and payroll management.
  • Lead complex case management, including disputes, investigations, performance matters, and proactive IR strategy development.
  • Act as primary liaison with union representatives, managing consultation, negotiation, dispute resolution, and right of entry processes.
  • Support collective bargaining and enterprise agreement negotiations, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate advanced communication skills, the ability to coach and guide managers, HR Advisors, and procurement teams, and drive continuous improvement by contributing to people initiatives, capturing IR data, enhancing policies, and improving processes across the organization.
