About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Commodities and Global Markets Division as a Futures COO Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and develop a broad range of business and financial management functions
  • Work with stakeholders across Commodities and Global Markets, Group Treasury, Finance and Risk Management to analyse, advise and report on specialist areas
  • Lead the COO-managed working groups and develop and deliver customised financial reporting to support senior management decision-making
  • Critically analyse complex financial scenarios and summarise key insights
Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience in financial services, in a related field and with demonstrated experience leading a globally dispersed team
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, banking, or accounting
  • Understanding of and prior exposure to financial accounting, capital and funding matters
  • Experience in developing and delivering customised financial reporting to support senior management decision-making, with a strong focus on financial risk management and controls
