System Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst Support to join our Customer Service department at our Sydney Olympic Park Office. As a key member of our team, you will provide system support and respond to inquiries from our Authorised Service Partners (ASCs) via email, Q&A, and phone inquiries, as well as internal SEAU teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide system support and respond to inquiries from ASCs and internal teams.
- Liaise between partners and Head Quarters (HQ) and Regional Headquarters (RHQ) to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Facilitate system training for Mobile and Web systems, both face-to-face and remotely.
- Conduct start-up training for new ASCs.
- Maintain relationships with partners and keep them informed of system tool changes, issues, and enhancements.
- Analyse processes causing inefficiencies and educate employees on process changes.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and user manual creations for new system functions.
We are looking for a graduate or 1-2 years IT System Support experience candidate who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a strong understanding of system support principles.
