We are seeking a highly skilled System Support Specialist to join our Customer Service department at our Sydney Olympic Park Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Authorised Service Partners (ASCs) and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective system support via email, Q&A, and phone inquiries.
- Liaise between our partners and Head Quarters (HQ) and Regional Headquarters (RHQ) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Deliver system training to ASCs, both face-to-face and remotely, to ensure seamless adoption.
- Conduct start-up training for new ASCs and maintain a strong relationship with partners.
- Analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Educate employees on process changes and assist in user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to the creation of user manuals for new system functions.
