Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate professionals to join our teams in Wollongong, Dapto, Warrawong, and surrounding suburbs in the Illawarra South Coast Region.

As a Job Coach and Support Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support to help them achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide job coaching and support to clients to help them build skills and job-readiness
  • Advocate for clients through interviews and into employment
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify and address client needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders
