Job Title: Fleet Admin OfficerAbout the Role

The Fleet Admin Officer is the primary point of contact for customer requests, supporting Relationship Managers to review and administer customer portfolios. This role requires delivering exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and meeting contractual obligations and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage customer portfolios, ensuring customer contractual obligations and KPIs are met.
  • Capture business potential and maximize client renewal while maximizing margins.
  • Regularly review customer fleets, identifying and addressing exceptions through effective reporting.
  • Prepare quotations within quote turnaround times and ensure follow-through and recording.
  • Proactively manage future vehicle terminations and restructures consistent with best practice fleet management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
