This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of passenger and commercial vehicles to meet or exceed our clients\u2019 requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to new vehicle orders and ensure accurate and timely responses to client enquiries.
- Update vehicle delivery movements to ensure tasks are accurately actioned within agreed timeframes.
- Coordinate asset delivery in accordance with vehicle order and client requirements.
- Arrange payment to suppliers and ensure accurate documentation is provided and received.
- Participate as a member of the team to achieve objectives and foster positive relationships with internal departments.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
