Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Clinical Nurse Specialist in our Mental Health and CADS team.
About the Role:
- Establish and maintain high-quality patient care standards through leadership, delivery of care and role modeling in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Provide expert clinical assessment, screening, follow-up and care as required.
- Act as a clinical resource to staff across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of patients.
- To provide education and training to staff on best practices in patient care.
