This role provides administrative support, working closely with other parts of the business, agencies of the Australian Government, Basin States and Territories, and wider stakeholders.

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and liaise with state-government agencies on project updates.
  • Information Management: Contribute to coordinating, collating, and communicating information to support the teams work plan.
  • Correspondence and Reporting: Prepare correspondence and reports, including correspondence on routine and complex matters.
  • Contract Management: Assist with contract management and administration, including developing scope, managing tendering processes, and monitoring contract performance.
  • Committee Support: Support Committees by providing secretariat and administration support.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management and coordination activities.
  • Briefing Papers: Draft briefing papers or reports for higher classification levels.
  • Program Implementation: Assist with implementing project/programs administered by the agency.
