Job Opportunity: Youth Basketball Training Lead

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Youth Basketball Training Lead to oversee the training and development of our young players. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs, instructing players during practices and games, and providing mentorship to ensure their growth and success.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of basketball strategies and rules, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles. Experience as a coach or trainer is highly desirable, and a Club Coach Certificate or willingness to attain one is preferred. Additionally, you must hold a valid Working With Children's Check and have authorization to work in Australia.
