About the Role:

Join our team as an experienced Youth Housing Specialist to lead strategic, evidence-based housing initiatives nationwide. This national role focuses on developing scalable, sustainable housing solutions that meet the urgent and diverse needs of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of national housing frameworks for young people
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across Australia's housing and youth services landscape
  • Drive national consistency in youth accommodation, quality standards, and governance models
  • Advise executives on policy, service design, and sector innovation

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Housing, Business Management, Social Work, Community Development, or related fields
  • Proven experience managing senior staff and leading complex projects
  • Working knowledge of social and community service programs, especially in youth services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Values-driven mindset aligning with integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity
