Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the retail incontinence portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a long-term brand strategy for TENA across ANZ.
  • Lead the development of the overall brand communication approach.
  • Drive campaign creation and execution across TV, digital, social, and POS platforms.
  • Oversee new product development (NPD) strategy and deliver innovation with local and global teams.
  • Lead insights, analytics, brand health tracking, and consumer research initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong capabilities across the 6Ps: Positioning, Product, Pack, Price, Promotion, and Place.
