Financial Transactions Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage financial transactions in a commercial property business.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate invoices, credit notes, and statements accurately.
- Verify and post all payments to the correct invoice/s.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger, bank accounts, foreign currency payments, and other related tasks.
- Support the month-end process for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Report on aged receivables and other ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Enter vendor invoices into the system and perform vendor statement reconciliation.
- Process supplier batch payments efficiently.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Proficient computer skills are necessary.
- A helpful nature and good work attitude are highly valued.
