Financial Transaction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team at Head Office in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial transactions, ledgers, and bank statement reconciliation.
- Record and manage financial transactions using accounting software with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers for accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Invoice clients promptly and follow up on outstanding payments to minimize delays.
- Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring company expenses to ensure effective cost management.
- Collaborate with accountants and auditors for financial audits and year-end processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of financial documents, receipts, and other necessary paperwork for compliance purposes.
Requirements:
- Certification or diploma in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks).
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
