Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pre Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for qualifying and closing new business opportunities. Your technical expertise and sales instincts will be essential in driving the pre-sales process and advocating for our post-sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist sales representatives in technically qualifying new sales opportunities
  • Provide pre-sales engineering support to account teams and lead solution discovery discussions with clients and partners
  • Design and deliver custom product demonstrations that focus on key business drivers and functional requirements for potential customers
  • Develop custom Deputy solutions based on clients' business priorities and technical capabilities
  • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Support teams to ensure customer feedback is channeled appropriately
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success functions to build and refine scalable business processes
Requirements
  • World-class communication skills with excellent sales instincts
  • Experience selling software solutions into complex environments
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to write scripts in at least one programming language
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently, and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and high attention to detail
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Partner Engineering or Solutions Consulting roles
  • Workforce Management experience is a significant advantage
