Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the procurement department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing and new suppliers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in procurement and possess strong negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documentation and proposals to ensure contracts are in place with existing and new suppliers.
  • Reviewing the market to ensure the best products and prices are being sourced.
  • Maintaining stock levels through effective inventory management.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
  • Working closely with finance, operations teams, and warehouse to ensure invoices are actioned, sales increase, and wastage is reduced.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
  • A strong background in the hospitality industry.
  • Attention to detail and high level of numeracy skills with knowledge in supply planning.
  • Ability to think on your feet and come up with solutions to problems.
