Claims Recovery Specialist

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Claims Recovery Specialist. As a key member of our general insurance group, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and negotiate recovery opportunities.
Your role involves managing risks, adhering to regulatory requirements, resolving disputes, and supporting broader customer service needs in Short Tail Claims. You'll also focus on maximising complex recovery opportunities to ensure commercially beneficial outcomes, balancing cost containment with legal and compliance obligations.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions that support a mix of working from home and office. You'll have the choice of your base location across our national offices.
About YouYou're adaptable to new systems, skilled in negotiation and dispute resolution, with:
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet and exceed company guidelines and performance targets
- Capable of managing inbound and outbound call volumes efficiently
Previous experience in insurance is highly desirable but not essential.
