The Opportunity

This exciting opportunity exists to join the Reverse Logistics Operations team as one of our Customer Service Specialists. This dynamic position is perfect for someone with a drive and passion for getting results and a love for customer service.

  • To provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers
  • Ensure outstanding loans across all Reverse Logistics Divisions is kept within set KPI's
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting the needs of customers to ensure their full satisfaction by providing timely and quality service

Requirements

Essential:

  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
