Strong focus on quality customer service, their products are represented in many countries. They have an immediate requirement for a Customer Service and Administration Specialist.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work in a team of 15 Customer Service & Sales professionals
- Respond to all inquiries promptly from Customers, expressing an interest / wanting to purchase an appliance
- Make proactive outbound calls to customers, arranging appointments -of presentations or showroom visits
- Manage relationships with already existing stakeholders
- Help clients resolve issues
- Positive “can do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
- Ability to solve a solution to a problem type of mindset
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously as required but also have a cohesive attitude towards the team
