Regional Team Lead

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our team. As Regional Team Lead, you will oversee a group of Allied Health professionals, guiding them to deliver exceptional allied health services in the NDIS market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to foster a culture of excellence across all service delivery aspects;
  • Promote and support the recruitment and selection process;
  • Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure new team members are properly inducted and onboarded;
  • Oversee workforce planning functions;
  • Review and manage team performance;
  • Monitor and report on financial performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity;
  • Proven track record of growing and managing large teams under the NDIS;
  • Sound commercial acumen with a focus on accountability;
  • Familiarity with NDIS systems and processes;
  • Highly organized and outcome-driven;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • A valid Police Record Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory.
