About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to work in occupational rehabilitation, assisting injured people to recover and return to their pre-injury employment or life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recovery and return to work plans for injured individuals
  • Conduct assessments and case management services across various portfolios
  • Support clients in recovering and returning to their pre-injury employment using clinical skills and knowledge
  • Foster relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients

This role is ideally suited for someone who has experience in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, or another relevant field. We welcome applications from motivated and dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality services.

About You
  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist (with relevant membership)
  • Experience working in occupational rehabilitation
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach
