Vocational Rehabilitation Expert

At our organization, we're seeking a skilled Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Ballarat. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our valued clients through exceptional outcomes.

We're looking for a driven and energetic professional with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have the confidence to utilize initiative to solve problems and achieve outstanding results. Your personable approach will assist to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships with key customers.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Allied Health Qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Occupational Therapy; OR Extensive experience in Employment Services;
  • Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (highly regarded);
  • The ability to proactively manage a caseload and achieve outstanding results for the customer and client;
  • A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the health benefits of work;
  • The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
  • Current driver's license and motor vehicle.

Even better if you have:

  • Full or provisional registration with AHPRA; or Associate or Full membership with ASORC.
