Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the delivery of high-quality analytical services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements. They will also possess strong process analysis skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.

  • Gathering and validating business requirements

  • Leading stakeholder meetings and facilitating workshops
  • Analyzing commercial data and developing organisational change plans
  • Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical thinking, critical thinking, group facilitation, and relationship building skills. They will also have a mix of industry experience and a solid understanding of both BA and project approaches.
