About the Job

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and fostering a collaborative team environment. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead by example, motivating and guiding colleagues to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, adhering to hotel cashiering policies.
  • Maintain hotel security and stock control at all times while on duty.
  • Identify and report maintenance requirements/hazards in the workplace.
  • Assume responsibility for emergency situations, following established procedures.
  • Be flexible and willing to assist with tasks across various departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in Front Office operations is highly desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of hotel brand standards and expectations.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Proactive approach to completing tasks and efficient handovers for continuity of service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • A genuine passion for developing leadership skills and mentoring others.
  • Experience with Opera v5, Infosys, and HUB OS is highly beneficial.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid CPR qualification.
  • Unlimited valid full-time right to work in Australia; sponsorship is not available.
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster, including early mornings, afternoons, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
