Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for leading the way in managing guest experiences, team performance, and hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the front desk team to deliver authentic, memorable experiences for our guests
  • Managing guest complaints, queries, and suggestions in a professional and efficient manner
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive results that positively impact hotel performance
  • Having open and honest conversations with guests to resolve issues and concerns
  • Being the first point of contact for any critical emergency situations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • 2 years' front desk/guest service leader experience
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Other languages may be an advantage
  • Basic mathematics skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, reasoning, and motivational skills
  • Ability to work long periods on your feet and occasional lifting of heavy items
  • Working knowledge of hotel property management systems beneficial
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
