Hotel Operations Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Area General Manager to lead the hotel operation and oversee a portfolio of smaller properties.
Working closely with the Regional General Manager, this role will see you manage and guide operations across multiple sites, develop and implement new strategies to drive business growth and improve commercial outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have previous Hotel General Manager/Area Manager experience, a proven track record of achieving outstanding results, and a strong focus on service quality and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple properties, developing and implementing business strategies, driving employee engagement, and mentoring future leaders.
We are looking for someone with excellent time management and organisational skills, who can problem solve effectively and demonstrate sound financial management experience.
