About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Health and Wellbeing Manager to lead our health club team and drive members to achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Health and Wellbeing programs and staff at the Danny Frawley Centre, a state-of-the-art facility in Melbourne's south east.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Health and Wellbeing team to deliver high-quality programs and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive engagement and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example
  • Manage conflict resolution and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with OHS and public safety applications
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Fitness or higher
  • Good knowledge of health club protocols and customer expectations
  • Experience in managing conflict resolution and delivery of high-level customer service
  • Experience in leading a team, managing rosters, and employee relations
  • First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
  • CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems
  • Fitness Australia (or equivalent) registration is desirable
  • National Criminal Records Check
