Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a diverse team of staff working across various services.

  • Providing guidance, support, and direction to staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
  • Managing complex client cases, drafting reports, and reviewing statistics to contribute to management board reports.
  • Delivering training to staff on internal processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Nurturing effective collaboration and communication between teams through networking with stakeholders and attending relevant funding body meetings.

Skill Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Recognised qualifications in Justice, Psychology, Social Work/Sciences, Childhood development, or Family Studies.
  • Demonstrated experience in case management, report writing, tender writing, and coordination of client services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of culturally appropriate approaches to client services.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under policies and procedures.
  • A current WA driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel when required.
