**About the Role**

We are seeking a friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team at Jones Radiology. This is a full-time role with Burnside Hospital Clinic as your primary location. You will also be expected to cover shifts at our Prospect and Stepney clinics, providing a varied and collaborative work experience.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for patients, referrers and visitors. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will handle reception duties, appointment scheduling and patient administration with efficiency and care. This role offers Monday to Friday shifts between 7:45am and 5:00pm, with occasional weekend work, and includes a comprehensive paid training program to set you up for success.

**About You**
- Available to work Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 7:45am and 5:00pm
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused, with a passion for patient care.
- Experience in a reception or customer service role, ideally in a medical setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and stay organised.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- A team player who supports both patients and colleagues.
- Good computer skills, with an understanding of medical imaging terminology being a plus.
